- Check in is from 2:00pm to 4:30pm at the Cortez Room.

- Cash Bar starts at 5:00pm 

- Welcome Banquet is from 6:00pm to 8:00pm

- Day 1 will be an 18-hole Stroke Play competition with an 8:00am Shotgun Start.  

- Be there in plenty of time to warm up with tournament instructions at 7:45am

- Day 2 will be an 18-hole Stroke Play competition with an 8:00am Shotgun Start.  

- Be there in plenty of time to warm up with tournament instructions at 7:45am

- Day 3 will be an 18-hole Scramble competition with an 8:00am Shotgun Start.  

- Be there in plenty of time to warm up with tournament instructions at 7:45am
